5th Grade Graduation Checklist
Two weeks prior to graduation, students will receive
- Graduation Gown
- Graduation Cap
- Ceremony Invitation - limit 8 guests per graduate
GRADUATION INSTRUCTIONS:
- Iron/steam gown prior to the ceremony.
- Appropriate attire and dress shoes are required.
- Boys need to wear a button-down shirt and tie under their gown.
- Girls need to wear an age-appropriate neutral color dress under their gown.
- Arrive 1 hour early (11:00 a.m.) Students will convene in Room 102 to get ready. Please be advised that graduates cannot take any personal items with them. All personal items will be left in the classroom during the graduation ceremony. DO NOT bring valuables.
- No gum.
- No cell phones.
- The tassel will be given to students on the day of graduation.
THE CAP, GOWN, AND TASSEL ARE YOURS TO KEEP.
