Applications for Financial Assistance consideration will be accepted until April 30, 2019. The designated budget for financial assistance will be applied to applicants who have a financial need (with tax returns and other supporting documents), have paid all previous balances, and meet the School’s financial assistance qualifications. Incomplete financial aid applications or applications submitted after April 30, 2019, will not be considered for assistance.

* A  fee of $725.00, where $250.00 is nonrefundable, is due at the time of Registration. Early registration begins on Friday, January 10, 2019 and ends on Friday, February 10, 2019. After the deadline, registration applications will only be considered based on availability of space and will be charged a registration fee of $775.00 until March 31, 2019. Any applications thereafter will be charged a registration fee of $825.00.

** The Board of Regents is the governing body of all Prelacy Armenian Schools and they manage the policies and procedures of all the Prelacy schools. A $100 fee per student is assigned to cover their cost of operation.

***An enrichment fee collected for each enrolled student will cover costs for programs and materials that integrate Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM) skills into our curriculum and additional enrichment projects which are implemented throughout the year. The fee for TK-12th grade students is $300.00. This fee does not include costs related to field trips, fundraising activities, extra-curricular activities, and certain standardized tests.

**** The school outsources its tuition collection process to a third party.  A $50.00 administrative fee per family is to be paid to Smart Tuition upon enrollment. All families will be automatically registered with Smart Tuition at the time of registration, and a 13 digit Family ID will be emailed to you. All families must abide by the terms and conditions set forth by Start Tuition.

***** Tuition for the 2019 - 2020 school year is $7,900.00 to be paid in ten (10) monthly installments of $790.00 per month. Tuition does not include supplemental expenses including, but not limited to uniforms, field trips, books and supplies. All Tuition payments must be made through Smart Tuition. Tuition payments are due no later than the 20th of each month beginning in August and ending in May of each academic year. Students cannot register for the next academic year unless her/his tuition and fees are fully satisfied. In the event that a student’s enrollment is voluntarily or involuntarily terminated, please contact our Main Office for additional information.
