Tuition, Fees, & Financial Aid
Rose and Alex Pilibos Armenian School is committed to providing an exceptional education in a nurturing and engaging environment. Tuition fees support our high-quality programs, dedicated faculty, and enriching opportunities for our Scholars.
Tuition rates for the 2026-2027 Academic School Year:

- Transitional Kindergarten - 12th Grades: $11,650 annually
- Tuition is collected in monthly installments of $1,165.00. All payments must be made through Blackbaud (Smart Tuition) and are due from August to May by the 20th of each month.
Tuition Payment: Scholars are not eligible to register for the following academic year unless all tuition and fees are fully paid.
Blackbaud: The school uses Blackbaud (Smart Tuition) for tuition collection. All families will be automatically registered with Blackbaud and receive a 13-digit Family ID via email. Families must comply with the terms and conditions set by Blackbaud.
Total Registration Package Fee:
Registration is divided into three periods: Priority, Standard, and Late.

- Standard: February 03- March 02, 2026, $1,655
- Late: March 03- March 20, 2026, $1,705
*Registration includes Board of Regents Fee of $150 + Blackbaud Fee of $55. Please see the periods for the total amount.
Note: An online processing fee will also apply. Please note that a $300 portion of the fee is nonrefundable for each period. Registration is complete once payment is made and is subject to space availability and admission guidelines.
PIP (Parent Involvement Program)
Rose & Alex Pilibos Armenian School is implementing the Parent Involvement Program (PIP), beginning in the 2026-2027 academic year.
Each Pilibos family is required to complete (40) parent involvement hours per academic year; any hours in excess of 40 are not transferable to the next academic year. Parent Involvement hours may be fulfilled through the volunteer participation, contributions, and assistance in a variety of school-sponsored activities and events, as approved by the school administration.
All required parent involvement hours must be completed by April 16, 2027. Families are responsible for ensuring that all hours are accurately logged and submitted by the deadline HERE.
Families who are unable to fulfill all or a portion of the 40 hours may elect to pay $12.50 per hour instead of completing the required involvement hours. The $12.50-per hour fee will be added to the family's Blackbaud school account in may 2027. PIP payment must be paid by May 31, 2027. A late fee of $50 will apply after the deadline.
For families with children enrolled on both the preschool campus and the main campus, the following applies:
- The main campus will oversee the tracking and collection of all parent involvement hours and fees.
- These families are required to complete a total of 40 parent involvement hours per academic year, not additional hours at Preschool.
- Any language regarding additional service hour requirements outlines in the preschool registration packet does not apply to families with siblings enrolled on both campuses.
- All PIP obligations for multi-campus will be managed and communicated by the main campus.
Financial Aid:
Applications for Financial Assistance will be accepted until March 26, 2026. The financial assistance budget will be allocated to applicants who demonstrate financial need (supported by tax returns and other documents), have paid all previous balances, and meet the School’s financial aid guidelines. Each application will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Incomplete applications or those submitted after March 26, 2026, will not be considered.
