Principal's Message

 

 

Dear Pilibos Families and Scholars,

I welcome you as the new principal of Rose & Alex Pilibos Armenian School, a premier independent college preparatory school established in 1969, serving the community with great enthusiasm and honor for fifty-five years. As I step into this new role, I am excited and determined to build on the school’s strong foundation and introduce the transformative journey that awaits our Scholars in this respectful learning institution.

Նշանակուած նոր Տնօրէնուհիի առաքելութիւնն ու պատասխանատուութիւնը պիտի դառնայ իմ սրբազան ուխտս, ազգային դաստիարակութեան երթը շարունակելու 55 պատմական փայլուն տարիներ գոյատեւած կրթութեան կաճառ` Ռոզ և Ալէք Փիլիպոս ազգային վարժարանէն ներս։

 

From Transitional Kindergarten to 12th grade, each step of our Scholars’ journey is guided by an unwavering focus on academic excellence, character development, and cultural heritage. Our commitment to nurturing well-rounded individuals extends beyond the classroom. We encourage our Scholars to engage in diverse extracurricular activities, from athletics to the arts and community engagement, believing these experiences contribute to their overall growth and development. Scholars who graduate from Pilibos meet grade-level expectations and strive to exceed them, advancing to the most prestigious colleges and universities.

We are committed to creating an environment where every Scholar receives an exceptional education that equips them with academic knowledge and nurtures their character, creativity, and critical thinking. We will continue to embrace innovation and the best instructional strategies in engaging learning environments to prepare our Scholars for the challenges of an unknown future.

Our dedicated faculty and staff encourage our Scholars to embrace compassion, empathy, and integrity, enabling them to become leaders who positively impact the world. We challenge our Scholars to explore their potential, think independently, and express themselves confidently. Moreover, our Armenian-based education celebrates the cultural heritage that defines us, instilling a sense of pride and connection to our roots.

Pilibos will celebrate its 55th anniversary this academic year, a testament to our enduring and unwavering commitment to education and community. Our motto this year is “Unstoppable”. This word exemplifies our shared journey and the countless lives we have touched over the decades. We will continue educating our Scholars with Unstoppable kindness, compassion, and love. We are the Unstoppable!
