New Student Registration
At this time, online registration is available ONLY for new applicants entering Kindergarten.
ALL NEW APPLICANTS, INCLUDING SIBLINGS OF CURRENT PILIBOS SCHOLARS, APPLYING TO TK, 1ST THROUGH 12TH GRADE WILL BE PLACED ON A WAITLIST AND MUST COMPLETE THE ONLINE WAIT LIST FORM.
DO NOT PROCEED WITH THE REGISTRATION APPLICATION UNTIL YOU RECEIVE CONFIRMATION TO DO SO.

- If you register both returning and new students within the same household, please click "Returning Student Registration."
- Recommendations
- English Teacher, Math Teacher, and Administrator Recommendations: This is part of the online registration for ONLY incoming 3rd-12th Grades.
- Release of Records Form: Only incoming 1st - 12th Grades.
- Interview
- All grade levels. Students must have a minimum GPA of 2.5 to be eligible for an interview.
- Updated Vaccination Forms
- This can be uploaded through the online registration form.
- All students entering, advancing, or transferring into 7th grade will need proof of an adolescent whooping cough booster immunization (called “Tdap”) for school in the fall. This school immunization law affects all students in public and private schools. All 7th – 11th-grade students must have received the Tdap shot in the past 10 years. Exemption due to religious beliefs is no longer honored or accepted. Rose and Alex Pilibos Armenian School must have proof of immunization in our records. Check the CDC's website for more detailed information.
