COVID-19 TESTING ON CAMPUS
Rose and Alex Pilibos Armenian School will provide on campus nasal antigen testing for TK-12th grade Scholars who were exposed to a confirmed COVID-19 case during school or a school sponsored activity and identified as a close contact.
Antigen rapid testing is provided at no cost to families and will be administered by trained members of our School administration.
To participate in on campus testing, families must pre-register their child(ren) and provide testing consent by completing the Primary Health Registration.

You only need to register and consent for your child once. The consent form will remain valid for 12-months.

COVID-19 test results will be sent in an email or a text message to the contact information you have provided in your Primary Health Registration form. Please ensure this contact information is entered accurately.

Additionally, after you submit the registration form, you must verify the email and phone number you have provided in order to receive a copy of your child's test results.

Students over the age of 13 will be able to consent on their behalf, but if the parent’s contact information is provided, the result will still be shared with the parent or guardian
If you choose to test your child off campus, your COVID-19 test results must be submitted online.
