Tuition + Aid

* Registration is divided into three window periods: Early, Standard, and Late. Early Registration opens on Tuesday, January 23, 2024, and ends on Thursday, February 29, 2024, with registration package fees totaling $1470.00 due at the time of registration. Standard Registration starts on Friday, March 1, 2024, and concludes on Friday, May 3, 2024. For this window, the registration package fees total $1520.00. Late Registration spans from Saturday, May 4, 2024, to Monday, June 3, 2024, with registration package fees amounting to $1570.00. Additionally, an online processing fee will be applied to the total registration package fees. Please note that a portion of the registration fee, amounting to $250.00, is non-refundable in each window period. Payment of the respective registration package fees is required to complete the registration process for each window period. The processing of registration applications is contingent upon space availability and adherence to our admissions guidelines.

** The Prelacy Armenian School system is governed by the Board of Regents, which is given its full powers of organization and governance by the Prelate and Executive Council of the Western Prelacy of the Armenian Apostolic Church of America. The Board of Regents aspires to provide students with a rigorous educational curriculum while preserving and enhancing the Armenian heritage and culture by emphasizing the study of the Armenian language, history, and religion. A $115 fee per student is assigned to cover their cost of operation.

***An enrichment fee is collected for each enrolled student to cover costs associated with programs and materials that integrate Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM) skills into our curriculum. This fee also supports additional enrichment projects implemented throughout the academic year. The fee for TK-12th grade students is $450.00. This fee does not include costs related to field trips, fundraising activities, extra-curricular activities, and certain standardized tests.

**** The school utilizes Blackbaud (Smart Tuition) for its tuition collection, requiring a $55.00 administrative fee per family upon enrollment. All families will be automatically registered with Blackbaud (Smart Tuition), and a 13-digit Family ID will be emailed to them. All families are required to abide by the terms and conditions set forth by Blackbaud (Smart Tuition). 

***** Tuition for the 2024 - 2025 school year is $10,000.00 to be paid in ten (10) monthly installments of $1000.00 per month. Tuition does not include supplemental expenses including, but not limited to uniforms, field trips, books and supplies. All Tuition payments must be made through Smart Tuition. Tuition payments are due no later than the 20th of each month beginning in August and ending in May of each academic year. No Tuition payment is refundable. Students cannot register for the next academic year unless her/his tuition and fees are fully satisfied. In the event that a student’s enrollment is voluntarily or involuntarily terminated, please contact our Main Office for additional information. 

Financial Aid for 2024-2025

Applications for Financial Assistance will be accepted until May 24, 2024. The designated budget for financial assistance will be allocated to applicants who demonstrate financial need (as evidenced by tax returns and other supporting documents), have paid all previous balances, and meet the School’s financial aid guidelines. Each application will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Incomplete financial aid applications or those submitted after May 24, 2024, will not be considered for assistance.
